About Victory Outreach Tampa
Thank you for visiting Victory Outreach Tampa Bay’s podcast/weblog. Pastor Gilbert Neri along with his wife Silvia of 16 years have responded to God’s call to begin a Victory Outreach Church in the Tampa Bay area. They arrived in the city of Tampa, Fl. on Aug. 21st and had their first church service on Sunday Aug. 24, 2008. Pastor Gilbert Neri got saved on September 28, 1990 and has been serving God since. At an early age he got involved in the work of the ministry doing youth ministry, evangelism, drama, crusades, small groups, and eventually became the associate pastor of the Victory Outreach Oxnard congregation, under Pastor Fernie Franco. Today, they are currently pioneering a Victory Outreach Church and Christian Recovery home in their home in the wonderful city of Tampa, Fl. They have a great Vision to Reach the hurting people of the Tampa Bay area.
